What we've been up to

Well...nothing is really new. This weekend we hung around the house as usual. I still am doing all the cleaning, helping with dinner, and taking care of the isabelle while my my brothers get away with doing nothing...but of course contribute to making all the messes. We watched some football with my brother and watched a little of "Fear dot com". What i saw of the movie was pretty creepy, a little gross, but interesting so i want to see how it ends...ill let everyone know if its good!

Yesterday (monday) we went to my friends parents house to visit. My friend stephanie is gone at school, and i think her parents miss having all of us girls over there so they invite me and isabelle for dinner every once in a while. Yesterday me, isabelle, and jennifer (stephanies mom) went on an hour walk which was nice. Jennifer is the funniest lady ive ever met....when we'd all get ready to go party she used to make us all go to the living room, every time, for a meeting to make sure we would be safe, and go over the "no zones" which was anything below your hips and above the belly button! She just cracks me up.

After the walk isabelle stayed with them for about an hour while i went to my dr aptmnt (postpartum check up). Everything is good! I am getting an IUD since my medicaid covers it...its 99% effective, 100% hormone free, can stay in for 10 years, and when you chose to take it out fertility comes back immediatly....soooo basically ill be on birth control now that im not ever going to be having sex, dates, or anything and by the time i am and i have even met anyone, ill probably need a new one lol :)

Today we are going to my weekly meeting with SL Start. Hopefully she'll have the info for my CNA classes and i can start doing that. I meet with them starting next week every monday at 2:45, and then have to call to check in every tuesday, weds, thursday, at 2:45, plus keep my daily parenting journal. Along with that i have my dr apt the 18th, a WIC apt the 19th, and then isabelle has her dr apt for immunizations the 31st. I have to take a bunch of stuff into health and welfare that they just called and told me about because the said they'd "fallen behind' with stuff so i still have not received any cash and wont until all of this is taken care of, which i have to wait to receive in the mail. I havnt talked to Brian since his b-day september 20th. He never has answered any of my calls or emails. He called last thursday finally and left a message saying he was seeing how isabelle was doing. I called him back last night to tell him everything was fine, in a message of course because he doesnt answer my calls...let him know he doesnt need to call anymore, that were fine and happy. I just dont want to put up with someone who treated me like crap, wont even be my friend, and then calls one day every month or so when he feels like being a dad, for one day, and then i dont hear from him again until about another month or so when the daddy gene kicks back in for a few seconds. oh well.
